For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 45 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Chhabra 555 is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within a maximum45 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. It is our aim to deliver the products to you as soon as possible.
Kindly note that in case of all orders, Chhabra 555 will be responsible for handing over the products to the courier companies on behalf of the buyer/consignee. It shall be assumed that the order is for personal use only, until and unless otherwise specifically indicated by the buyer/consignee.
Chhabra 555 is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. However, to counter such mistakes we have fully insured all our shipments. In case of damage to your shipment in transit, we will contact you and either replace your product, if the same is available with us, or refund your entire amount back. To ensure reliability we only use reputed courier companies like Fedex or Gati and provide you with the corresponding tracking number as well.
We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box addesses, hence we kindly request you to provide us with the full street address along with the pin code / zip code with phone numbers.
For logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to few places in India as well. For list of serviceable locations please see below.
Please note that residential shipments to USA and some other countries will be left at the door if no one there to receive the shipment or if no one answers the doorbell. Our courier agents Gati / Fedex, etc. will not be able to provide signed confirmation of deliveries made in such cases. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when the courier delivery is attempted.
For a special or preferred delivery date, the customer must mention the delivery date at the time of placing the order. We shall try our best to make the delivery on the mentioned date. However, Chhabra 555 will take no responsibility for delay in the same, due to any unforeseen circumstances. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.
Also be aware that all shipments to any college / school / hostel are placed at the customer`s risk. If the school`s warden does not accept your package or if it refused for any reason, Chhabra 555 will under no circumstance issue a refund or credit to the customer`s account, nor shall Chhabra 555 attempt re-shipment of the same order.
Deliveries are usually made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country. Deliveries may be made on public holidays or any other weekly holiday of that region, by paying an additional charge for that service, as specified by the courier company. Please also note that there are no shipments made from our warehouse on Sundays and public holidays as no pick-ups are made on these days.
For each item we have mentioned the time to ship along with the item image. These are indicative values only and the items may be shipped sooner or later, depending upon the availability of the item and other factors. It is advisable to email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimates.
In case you have made an online payment, our payment gateway shall take 48 hours for verifying the payment. Your product will be shipped as soon as possible after the verification is complete.
In case, you have placed a Cash-on-Delivery order, your order will be processed and shipped as soon as possible after verification of the order.
All orders placed on Sunday or a national holiday will be processed on the following working day after verification of the same.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping the items, you will be notified by email.
However, any dates for delivery are approximations only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order. If need be, we may deliver you order in separate parts. In some cases, we may also offer to refund you for the unfulfilled part of the order.
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the courier company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number, along with the expected date of delivery. It may take 4 - 5 days from the day of order, to generate a corresponding Tracking Number for the product by the courier company. You may also check the same on our order status page.
The tracking number for the order which has been shipped, may take upto 24 hours to become active on the courier company`s website.
A request for changing the shipping address can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to email@example.com and the needful will be done.
The option of multiple addresses in the same order is currently not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place multiple orders.
