Returns / Exchanges

Our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To raise a return / exchange request, just send a Whatsapp to 9212651555 from your registered phone number or E-mail to online@chhabra555.com from your registered email ID. Please mention your order number and reason for return / exchange while raising the request.

and Raise the return request yourself. 

To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and include all labelling it has been shipped with.

To be eligible for a return / exchange, your item must not be customized at the time of purchase. Customization includes putting fall on a saree, adding/removing sleeves, altering length of the garment, adding/removing embellishments, etc. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, as required. 

In case of prepaid orders, your refund will be processed as a credit to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days from product verification. 

In case of COD orders, your refund will be processed as a Chhabra555
Credits which you can use for your future orders on www.chhabra555.com .

Return Shipping charges of Rs. 200 are charged at the time of initiating the return and will be deducted while making the refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
- Any item not in its original condition
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery 

Exclusion from Return / Exchange

Customised & Tailored Merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. 
Only alteration can be provided on a case to case basis.
Alteration request has to be raised within 7days of receipt of product.
Please note, custom sizes, adding or reducing length, adding sleeves or making any modifications on products are treated as Tailored products.
International orders cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company / bank, There is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Chhabra Triple Five Fashions Pvt Ltd, Chhabra 555, Shop No. 555, Katra Ashrafi, Chandni Chowk, 110006 Delhi DL, India 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item directly, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.

Important things to keep in mind while sending back the product for return/exchange:

  • All items must have the original tags, and should be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with no smell of perfume, deodorant or detergent.

  • All items should be free of make-up or tan marks

  • Please ensure correct pieces for return/exchanges are handed over to the delivery executive. We take no liability in case incorrect piece is handed over. Additional reverse and forward shipping charges will be levied for pickup of correct pieces again and shipping back wrong piece

  • To ensure your garments are not damaged during shipment, please re-use the entire original packaging (including the garment sleeve) for proper care and protection

  • All alteration/exchange/return requests have to be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of product. Otherwise the request will be rejected.

  • It takes about 12-15 working days to complete your return/exchange request post your request has been triggered.

  • Primary return/Exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. In case the pickup is cancelled by the customer, additional charge will be levied for triggering pickup again.
